We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Sales Managers to join our teams on Fintech, iGaming and Software to help us expand our client base in these areas and improve the sales strategy for advertising campaign management services with bloggers around the world.


SALARY: based on the results of the interview


  • Implementing the company’s strategic sales plan and ensuring the company has a strong presence in the Tier-1 market.
  • Developing new sales opportunities through lead qualification, cold calling, networking and social media.
  • Maintain customer base in HubSpot. Monitoring and reporting on sales performance analytics.
  • Handling negotiations and calls, presenting our solutions to prospective clients.
  • Achieving individual quarterly and annual sales goals.


  • Minimum of 2 years experience in B2B sales in IT or Digital in Fintech, iGaming or Software direction.
  • Experience in international sales, actively working with clients from Europe, USA.
  • Experience using LinkedIn and cold selling tools.
  • Excellent written and spoken English (Upper-Intermediate and above), experience in negotiations with native speakers.

The Team Lead in our structure is not just a manager of one team within 1-2 projects, but a full-fledged head of a separate department within Famesters Agency, who is responsible for operation, performance and development of his/her department. We are looking for an ambitious and result-driven Influencer Marketing Managers to join our teams on Fintech and iGaming to help us increase our portfolio and manage advertising campaigns for our clients with bloggers around the world.


SALARY: based on the results of an interview


  • Plan, launch and process communication with influencers, collect prices and statistics from bloggers;

  • Manage the client’s advertising campaigns in accordance with the approved strategy;

  • Launch advertising campaigns on YouTube, Twitch, Instagram, TikTok platforms within specified budgets;

  • Conduct negotiations with bloggers to maximize the efficiency of cooperation;

  • Maintain business correspondence in English and Russian, including emails and keeping the contact with influencers;

  • Plan and manage tasks, meet deadlines for advertising campaigns;

  • Propose creative ideas for advertising integration with bloggers, content analysis and advertising scenarios;

  • Manage the process of signing contracts and other documents;

  • Communicate with clients conduct strategic and operational calls.


  • At least 1 year of Experience working at Influencer Marketing;

  • Experience in launching advertising campaigns in geos (Eng Tier-1 / EU / LatAm / MENA / Asia);

  • Fluent in English (from B2), additional languages ​​will be a plus;

  • Ability to manage advertising campaigns with bloggers with positive ROI, analyze the results of ad launches.
