Actively engage with these platforms, try out new strategies, and gain practical experience wherever possible.

Another crucial piece of advice is to never hesitate to take initiative. If you find that there are no relevant sources or resources available, create your own. Influencer marketing is a dynamic field where women can truly leverage their talents (exceptional communication skills, creativity, empathy, adaptability, resilience, and more), and make a significant impact. I believe that influencer marketing is the very place where diversity is celebrated, making it an ideal environment for women to shine.


However, I can also see that traditionally low self-esteem among girls and women goes hand in hand with lower aspirations of engaging in influencer marketing jobs. Thus, I encourage women in our industry to overcome societal pressures. Celebrate your achievements and don’t be afraid of visibility. In influencer marketing, being seen, heard, and valued is paramount. By breaking free from traditional stereotypes and recognizing the unique value they bring, aspiring women can thrive, inspire others, and contribute significantly to the industry’s vibrant narrative.

– How do you see the future of influencer marketing, and what role do you see women playing in shaping its evolution?

I’d say women put more emotions into their work – it can be an advantage since we are seeking all possible creative ways to complete the task or get along with the influencers, understand their needs and care for them. I’d say we strive to create a warm and welcoming relationships with our partners, so we can be on the same page and at the same time transparent to each other – since robotic-non-emotional connection won’t get us so far.

– ​As a woman in influencer marketing, what advice do you have for aspiring female professionals looking to make their mark in the industry?

Don’t be afraid to stand your ground and be persistent, keep your emotions under control and use them to be sneaky and wise. Share your comfort vibe with others – both clients and influencers, because you’re a real person with your own vision that can’t be controlled by others’ opinions, express your true self and stay focused on achieving YOUR personal goals.
